ESTUDO COMPARATIVO DE QUANTITATIVOS DE UM ORÇAMENTO DE OBRA PÚBLICA ATRAVÉS DA METODOLOGIA CONVENCIONAL E BIM

O levantamento de quantitativos é uma etapa essencial no processo de orçamentação. Ainda é muito utilizado um método convencional para quantificar os serviços, que ocorre de modo manual e está sujeito a erros. A tecnologia BIM pode criar um modelo virtual do projeto, possibilitando extrair automaticamente os quantitativos dos serviços. Este artigo visa comparar o método convencional de quantificação utilizando um projeto em 2D no software AutoCad e planilhas eletrônicas no Excel e o Revit, que após a modelagem paramétrica em 3D do projeto, propicia a extração dos quantitativos em tabelas geradas pelo próprio software. Analisando os quantitativos obtidos, a metodologia BIM permite maior rapidez em quantificar os serviços, além de precisão nos resultados. Com essa metodologia, há também a possibilidade em alterar o projeto e automaticamente atualizar os quantitativos, sendo este outro ponto favorável em utilizar o BIM.

  • Abstract: The obtainment of quantitatives is an essential step in the budgeting process. A conventional method to quantify services is still widely used, which occurs manually and is subject to errors. BIM technology can create a virtual model of the project, making it possible to automatically extract the quantitative of the services. This article aims to compare the conventional method of quantification using a 2D project in AutoCad software and electronic spreadsheets in Excel and Revit, which, after parametric modeling in 3D of the project, allows the extraction of the quantitative in tables generated by the software itself. Analyzing the quantitatives obtained, the BIM methodology allows for greater speed in quantifying services, in addition to precision in the results. With this methodology, there is also the possibility of changing the project and automatically updating the quantitative, which is another favorable point in using BIM.
