ESTUDO ANALÍTICO, DIMENSIONAMENTO E FABRICAÇÃO DE UM VENTILADOR CENTRÍFUGO COM PÁS CURVADAS PARA TRÁS E TRAÇADO DAS CURVAS CARACTERÍSTICAS
Em um ventilador centrífugo o ar entra de forma axial e saí de forma radial. Aplicam-se nas mais variadas áreas, como em sistemas de refrigeração, conforto térmico, remoção de pó, alimentação de fornalhas industriais etc. Devido à rápida urbanização, a crescente construção de espaços comerciais, residenciais e industriais, um aumento constante na demanda de ventiladores centrífugos pode ser observado em todo o mundo. De acordo com Transparency Market Research (2016), estimasse que o mercado global de ventiladores, até o final do ano 2023, deverá chegar em US $ 2,4 bilhões. Segundo Mordor Intelligence (2017), estimam-se que o mercado mundial de ventiladores centrífugos chegará em torno de 1.602.000 unidades em 2021. Esses fatos motivaram a elaboração deste trabalho, onde é feito um estudo analítico, dimensionado e fabricado um ventilador centrífugo e, posteriormente sua caracterização através das curvas características.

Abstract:
In a centrifugal fan, the air enters axially and leaves radially. They are applied in the most diverse areas, such as refrigeration systems, thermal comfort, dedusting, feeding industrial ovens, etc. Due to the rapid urbanization, the growing construction of commercial, residential and industrial spaces, a constant increase in the demand for centrifugal fans can be observed all over the world. According to Transparency Market Research (2016), it is estimated that the global fan market, by the end of the year 2023, will reach US $ 2.4 billion. According to Mordor Intelligence (2017), it is estimated that the world market for centrifugal fans will reach around 1,602,000 units in 2021. These facts motivated the elaboration of this work, where an analytical study is made, dimensioned and manufactured a centrifugal fan and, subsequently, its characterization by means of characteristic curves.
