ESTUDIO ETNOGRÁFICO DEL COMPORTAMIENTO EN AULAS COMO BASE PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL CONTROL INTERNO
La implementación de un sistema de control interno (SCI) ayuda con la
prevención de inconsistencias, reducción de tiempo de respuesta, disminución
del retrabajo y número de errores; además de la obtención de beneficios como
el incremento de la cobertura, aumento de eficiencia terminal por asignatura,
bloque escolar y de egresados. A través de este documento se propone una
metodología que muestra la importancia de contar con un SCI mediante un
análisis etnográfico de las situaciones que se pueden presentar en el aula y
derivado del análisis identificar aspectos que se tengan que prevenir, corregir y
reforzar; y así, obtener mejores resultados.
La metodología será el diseño descriptivo – no experimental y como
resultado se obtienen los puntos a considerar en la implementación del control
interno; mismos que fueron identificados en el estudio etnográfico de un aula.

Abstract:
The implementation of an internal control system (ICS) helps with the
prevention of inconsistencies, reduction of response time, reduction of rework
and number of errors; in addition to obtaining benefits such as increased
coverage, increased terminal efficiency by subject, school block and graduates.
Through this document, a methodology is proposed that shows the importanceof a SCI through an ethnographic analysis of the situations that can arise in the
classroom and derived from the analysis, identify aspects that have to be
prevented, corrected and reinforced; and thus obtain better results.
The methodology will be the descriptive - non-experimental design and
as a result the points to be considered in the implementation of internal control
are obtained; the same ones that were identified in the ethnographic study of a
classroom.
