Abstract: The purpose of this study is to measure the level of organizational commitment of the workers of a construction company located in Mexico. This study is exploratory, descriptive and quantitative, a total of 30 workers from the company participated. The results indicate that the staff is moderately committed because their participation and loyalty are not defined. Likewise, it has a medium identification and belonging. Therefore, it is proposed to apply a strategic program of culture of participation, giving initiative and autonomy to employees by sharing information and giving them control over their performance, increasing trust, responsibility and commitment to the company.
