ESTRESSE NA PERSPECTIVA DE LIDERANÇAS E ESTRATÉGIAS DE ENFRENTAMENTO EM UMA INSTITUIÇÃO HOSPITALAR
Diante de estudos que comprovam as dificuldades e transtornos gerados em pacientes que necessitam de internação hospitalar, sabe-se que a equipe de enfermagem tem o papel de promover o acolhimento do paciente gerando o menor estresse possível, realizando uma permanência mais humanizada. Dentro deste contexto entra a Terapia Assistida por Animais (TAA). Este trabalho teve como objetivo geral compreender a percepção do enfermeiro frente a implantação da Terapia Assistida por Animais em ambiente hospitalar, e como objetivos específicos, avaliar o conhecimento dos profissionais da área sobre a mesma, além de identificar as dificuldades relatadas pelos enfermeiros para implantar a terapia. É um estudo de caráter descritivo, exploratório com abordagem qualitativa. A pesquisa ocorreu em um hospital particular situado ao norte do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, no período de junho a novembro de 2016, com oito enfermeiros. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevista semiestruturada. O método utilizado foi o de Análise Temática de Conteúdo. Observou-se nos resultados, que em geral a TAA contribui significativamente para os tratamentos convencionais, auxiliando na melhora e na qualidade de vida na internação hospitalar. Ainda notou-se que o conhecimento dos profissionais é superficial, pouco específico ou embasado; possuem uma visão distorcida do que realmente se tem quando é executada de forma correta, organizada e eficaz, além de existirem dificuldades na implantação por parte de alguns profissionais da área médica, pela falta de conhecimento da terapia.

Abstract:
Faced with studies that prove the difficulties and disorders generated in patients who need hospitalization, it is known that the nursing team has the role of promoting the patient's reception generating the least possible stress, making a more humanized stay. Within this context enters the Animal Assisted Therapy (TAA). The objective of this study was to understand nurses' perception regarding the implantation of the Animal Assisted Therapy in a hospital environment, and to evaluate the knowledge of the professionals of the area about it, as well as to identify the difficulties reported by the nurses to implant the therapy. It is a descriptive, exploratory study with a qualitative approach. The research was carried out in a private hospital located in the north of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, between June and November of 2016, with eight nurses. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview. The method used was Content Thematic Analysis. It was observed in the results, that in general TAA contributes significantly to the conventional treatments, helping in the improvement and the quality of life in the hospitalization. It has also been observed that the professionals' knowledge is superficial, not specific or based; have a distorted view of what is really done when it is performed correctly, organized and effective, and there are difficulties in the implantation by some medical professionals, due to a lack of knowledge of the therapy.
