ESTRATÉGIAS SUSTENTÁVEIS DE MITIGAÇÃO E ADAPTAÇÃO AOS IMPACTOS PROVENIENTES DE AÇÕES ANTRÓPICAS E MUDANÇAS CLIMÁTICAS: O COMPLEXO PORTUÁRIO DE ITAJAÍ NA FOZ DO RIO ITAJAÍ-AÇU.
O trabalho versa compreender na região da Foz do Rio Itajaí-Açú em Santa Catarina, as características antrópicas que contextualizam a geografia local, através do impacto ambiental. Compreendem-se os aspectos que ocasionam a elevação do nível dos oceanos, impactando aproximadamente 10% da população global. No Brasil, cerca de 50.700.000 pessoas vivem em regiões litorâneas, sendo 2.900.000 em Santa Catarina, afetando a economia local. Devido a esta fenomenologia, é de extrema importância analisar os futuros riscos que estas cidades podem sofrer frente as intempéries climáticas. Esta problemática permitiu estabelecer medidas mitigadoras que se pautam pelas instruções estabelecidas pela Associação Internacional de Cidades e Portos (AIVP) que se utilizaram dos “Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável” (ODS), como recomendações para pactos ambientais, fomentados através de estratégias como modelos propositivos para o surgimento de cenários temporais, estabelecidos pelos protocolos existentes na localidade investigada.

Abstract:
The work aims to understand in the region of Foz do Rio Itajaí-Açú in Santa Catarina, the anthropic characteristics that contextualize the local geography, through the environmental impact. Aspects that cause the rise in the level of the oceans, impacting approximately 10% of the global population, will be analyzed. In Brazil, about 50,700,000 people live in coastal regions, with 2,900,000 in Santa Catarina, affecting the local economy. Due to this phenomenology, it is extremely important to analyze the future risks that these cities may suffer from climate change. This problem allowed the establishment of mitigating measures that are guided by the instructions established by the International Association of Cities and Ports (AIVP) that used the "Sustainable Development Goals" (SDGs) as recommendations for environmental pacts, promoted through strategies such as propositional models for the emergence of temporal scenarios, established by existing protocols in the investigated location.
