ESTRATÉGIAS PARA APRIMORAR A INTERAÇÃO ENTRE OS ATORES ENVOLVIDOS NA PRECEPTORIA EM ENFERMAGEM NO HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO MARIA APARECIDA PEDROSSIAN - HUMAP
Introdução: A preceptoria em enfermagem é de suma importância no contexto do ensino-aprendizagem nos campos de estágios, proporciona segurança e confiança aos alunos, auxilia-os no desenvolvimento da aprendizagem e raciocínio critico-reflexivo. Objetivo implementar estratégias para aperfeiçoar a comunicação entre os atores envolvidos na preceptoria em enfermagem. Metodologia: Trata-se de um projeto de intervenção que utilizará a Metodologia da Problematização com o Arco de Maguerez. Considerações finais: Esse método, além de estimular os alunos na busca de novos conhecimentos, melhora assimilação de conteúdo, o entendimento dos objetivos a serem alcançados, aperfeiçoando assim o objeitvo final, que é melhor atender ao paciente.

Abstract:
Introduction: Confidence in the fields of reflective teaching in students, confidence in the fields of teaching-reflective in students, confidence in the fields of teaching-reflection in students. Objectives oriented towards communication between users implemented in nursing. Methodology: This is an intervention project that will use the Problematization Methodology with the Arch of Maguerez. Final considerations, in addition to stimulating new knowledge, improve students' assimilation of content, the method of optimizing the objectives to be obtained by students, thus improving the best patient care.
