ESTRATÉGIAS EDUCATIVAS PARA PESSOAS COM ESTOMIA INTESTINAL: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Atualmente, as doenças que afetam o trato gastrointestinal, como o câncer colorretal e outras, levam à confecção de estomas, representando mudanças importantes na vida dos pacientes. Os problemas mais comuns dizem respeito ao aparecimento de complicações e a falta de preparo para enfrentá-las. Conforme estudos, as complicações poderão ser evitadas com a devida educação em saúde acrescida do estímulo ao autocuidado e do atendimento interdisciplinar. Na enfermagem, existem várias formas de estratégias educativas que promovem a emancipação dos sujeitos envolvidos no cuidar com destaque no estudo o uso de tecnologias educativas. O estudo teve como objetivo analisar o conhecimento científico sobre as estratégias educativas empregadas pela enfermagem para o ensino-apredizagem das pessoas com estomia intestinal. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada nas bases de dados PubMed, LILACS e CINAHL, entre 1996 a 2014. Obteve-se amostra de 11 estudos. O Brasil liderou o numero de publicações e dos artigos incluídos na revisão e todos foram publicados em periódicos de enfermagem. Estes dados revelam o envolvimento dos enfermeiros com a temática em questão. Esta revisão permitiu identificar que estratégias de educação com o uso de tecnologias educativas são mais consistentes nas mensagens transmitidas ocasionando rápida mudança de comportamento.

Abstract:
Currently, diseases affecting the gastrointestinal tract, such as colorectal cancer and others, lead to the production of stomata, representing major changes in the lives of patients. The most common problems, concerns the onset of complications and the lack of preparation to face them. According to studies, the complications can be avoided with proper increased health education encouraging the self-care and interdisciplinary care. In nursing, there are various forms of educational strategies that promote the emancipation of the subjects involved in the care with emphasis on the study the use of educational technologies. The study aimed to analyze the scientific knowledge of the educational strategies used by nurses for teaching-learning programs for people with ostomy. This is an integrative review carried out in the databases PubMed, LILACS, SciELO and CINAHL from 1996 to 2014 was obtained sample of 11 studies. Brazil led the the number of publications and articles included in the review (11-100%) were published in magazines in general nursing journals. These data reveal the involvement of nurses with the theme in question. This review identified that education strategies with the use of educational technologies are more consistent in the messages transmitted causing rapid change of behavior.
