Abstract: This study aimed to present the experience of a remote educational intervention to promote the health of people with post-COVID cardiometabolic diseases. The study was carried out in the city of Capistrano-CE, between July and December 2021, in four stages, namely: selection of eligible patients; preparation of educational material; implementation of educational intervention and remote monitoring; evaluation of participant satisfaction. The sociodemographic profile was composed of women, 58 years old, married and with an average of 9.6 years of education. The comorbidities presented were arterial hypertension (87.5%), diabetes mellitus (50%) and cardiac arrhythmias (12.5%). Regarding COVID-19 infection, clinical manifestations were mild symptoms (75%). Post-intervention, there was an improvement in food classification, an increase in fruit consumption and a reduction in sugar and fried food consumption. We conclude that health promotion through digital technologies becomes a viable and effective alternative for health education, enabling an increase in quality of life and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits.
