A pesquisa a ser desenvolvida fundamenta-se em investigar as estratégias que os despachantes documentalistas na cidade de Franca-SP podem adotar para prosperar economicamente sem depender de apoio governamental. O estudo abordará a adaptação ao mercado, inovação nos serviços, e a importância do profissionalismo e da ética na construção de uma reputação sólida. Serão utilizados métodos qualitativos e quantitativos para coletar dados relevantes e propor soluções práticas. Este estudo, busca aprofundar se estes escritórios de Franca estão apresentando posturas socialmente corretas, sendo responsáveis e economicamente viáveis. Para isso, os profissionais, precisam ser competentes o suficiente para utilizar modelos inovadores na organização juntamente com práticas de gestão que interajam com os interesses da sociedade aos objetivos da empresa. Assim, este projeto irá propor aos empresários, conceitos aplicáveis para uma boa gestão, trabalhando da melhor forma todas as áreas organizacionais e níveis decisórios, sem depender do governo estadual.

  • Abstract: The research to be developed is based on investigating the strategies that documentation agents in the city of Franca-SP can adopt to prosper economically without relying on government support. The research will address market adaptation, service innovation, and the importance of professionalism and ethics in building a solid reputation. Qualitative and quantitative methods will be used to collect relevant data and propose practical solutions. This study seeks to delve into whether these offices in Franca are adopting socially correct, responsible, and economically viable practices. For this, professionals need to be competent enough to use innovative models in the organization along with management practices that align the interests of society with the company's objectives. Thus, this project will propose to entrepreneurs applicable concepts for good management, working in the best way in all organizational areas and decision levels without relying on state government support.
