ESTRATÉGIAS DE PROMOÇÃO À SAÚDE MENTAL PARA IDOSOS EM UM CENTRO DE ATENÇÃO PSICOSSOCIAL – ÁLCOOL E DROGAS: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
RESUMO: Objetiva-se analisar a importância da equipe de enfermagem com ênfase no acolhimento ao público idoso no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Álcool e Drogas- (CAPS AD) e identificar estratégias de promoção no campo da saúde mental na atenção à saúde do idoso. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa do tipo relato de experiência. Experenciado a partir das práticas em um CAPS AD, durante estágio curricular da disciplina saúde mental ofertada no primeiro semestre de 2019, do curso bacharelado em enfermagem. Durante a visita técnica no serviço foi realizada a atividade do acolhimento que consistiu na auto apresentação de sí mesmo para com os outros usuários participantes, o espaço utilizado foi o cenário de roda de cadeiras, mediada pelo profissional enfermeiro e equipe de enfermagem com a participação de 20 usuários, desse quantitativo de participantes a média de idade se concentrava na faixa dos 30-50 anos, desses 20 apenas 3 apresentavam idade superior aos 60 anos. O CAPS AD corresponde a vinculação entre ativos e inativos de 921 usuários, frequentando o serviço em alguma modalidade de tratamento são aproximadamente 200 usuários ativos, desses 200 frequentantes são 14 usuários idosos ativos no serviço com idade superior a 60 anos, com predominância do sexo masculino dependentes químicos com algum transtorno associado. O profissional enfermeiro deve ter a preocupação de identificar fatores de risco e estratégias para a promoção do campo da saúde mental, de forma a pensar no desenvolvimento de trabalhos assistenciais, educacionais e preventivos para esses usuários com destaque ao usuário idoso.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: The objective is to analyze the importance of the nursing team with emphasis on welcoming the elderly public in the psychosocial care center alcohol and drugs- CAPS AD and identify strategies for promoting mental health in the health care of the elderly. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach of the experience report type. Experienced from practices in a CAPS AD, during the curricular internship of the mental health discipline offered in the first semester of 2019, of the bachelor degree course in nursing. During the technical visit to the service, the welcoming activity was performed, which consisted of self-presentation of oneself with the other participating users, the space used was the wheelchair scenario, mediated by the professional nurse and the nursing team with the participation of 20 users, of this number of participants the average age was concentrated in the range of 30-50 years, of these 20 only 3 were older than 60 years. CAPS AD corresponds to the link between active and inactive of 921 users, attending the service in some treatment modality are approximately 200 active users, of these 200 users are 14 active elderly users in the service over 60 years old, predominantly male addicts with some associated disorder. The professional nurse is necessary in the psychosocial care center, as he / she acts directly in the activities inherent to the mental health promotion strategies, to think about the development of care, educational and preventive work for these users with emphasis on the elderly user
