ESTRATÉGIAS DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM NA FORMAÇÃO DE INSTRUTOR, PARA QUALIFICAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL INICIAL DE AGENTES COMUNITÁRIOS DE SAÚDE: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A formação dos
profissionais de saúde ainda está centrada
no modelo flexneriano, focado na doença e
não no indivíduo, contudo, as instituições de
Nível Superior do país, estão em processo
de reformulação curricular, para permitir
que os egressos, aprendam a lidar com as
subjetividades e diferenças culturais, tendo uma
percepção crítica da realidade, tornando um
profissional resolutivo e proativo. A mudança,
na grade curricular dos cursos de graduação em
saúde, acontece para preparar os profissionais
para trabalharem no Sistema Único de Saúde.
Objetivo: Narrar a experiência de formação
de instrutor para o Curso de Capacitação,
para Agentes Comunitários de Saúde.
Desenvolvimento: Trata-se de um relato de
experiência, após a participação de formação
como instrutora do curso de qualificação inicial
de agentes comunitários de saúde, utilizando
como metodologia a aprendizagem, com base
em problemas-PBL. Conclusão: A utilização
de metodologia ativa impulsiona o processo
de ensino aprendizagem, o sujeito torna-se
construtor do seu conhecimento adquirindo
habilidades necessárias para sua prática em
saúde

Abstract:
Training process
of health professionals is still centered on
Flexner’s model, focused on the disease and
not on the individual. However, the national
higher education institutions are in the process
of curriculum reformulation to allow graduates
the learning on how to deal with subjectivities
and cultural differences, while having a critical
perception of reality, making a proactive and
resolute professional. The curriculum change
in undergraduate health courses is meant to prepare professionals to work in the Unified Health System. Objective: To narrate the
experience of instructor training for the Training Course for Community Health Agents.
Development: This is an experience report, after participation in an instructor training
course for initial qualification of community health agents, using Problem-Based
Learning (PBL) as a methodology. Conclusion: The use of active methodology drives
the process of teaching-learning, the subject becomes the builder of their knowledge
acquiring skills necessary for their health practice.
