ESTRATÉGIAS DE DIFUSÃO DA INFORMAÇÃO E DA CULTURA AFRICANA E AFRO-BRASILEIRA NA EJA EM BIBLIOTECAS
Estudo acerca da difusão da informação étnico-racial em bibliotecas. Trata de uma pesquisa exploratória de natureza analítica e descritiva, que objetiva apontar as estratégias e ações da biblioteca na difusão da informação étnico-racial na EJA, bem como suas contribuições para o processo ensino e aprendizagem da cultura africana e afro-brasileira nessa modalidade. Concebe a EJA como o direito à educação de jovens e adultos assegurado na Constituição Federal de 1988 e ratificado nas políticas educativas brasileiras, não apenas como uma ação compensatória e de aceleração dos estudos. Contextualiza a inserção das temáticas da diversidade étnico-racial, africana e afro-brasileira nos currículos nacionais na legislação do Brasil. Discute o papel das bibliotecas no combate ao racismo e ao preconceito, assim como à diversidade étnico-racial na educação de jovens e adultos. Apresenta como resultado, uma lista de atividades destinadas a auxiliar as práticas de documentação, difusão e preservação da informação étnico-racial na EJA, tais como reconhecer e valorizar as contribuições do povo negro na cultura, literatura, dança, culinária, moda, dentre outras. Pontua as inúmeras possibilidades de a biblioteca atuar na produção, tratamento e difusão da informação étnico-racial na EJA, a partir de mecanismos próprios, de conhecimento do público, do perfil a quem ela atende, indo além da visão reducionista de adaptação das atividades do ensino fundamental e médio nessa modalidade. Enfatiza a necessidade de conhecimento acerca das normativas nacionais, da história e cultura africana e afro-brasileira, mediante ações proativas por parte das unidades de informação.

Abstract:
Study on the dissemination of ethnic-racial information in libraries. It is an exploratory research of an analytical and descriptive nature, which aims to point out the strategies and actions of the library in the dissemination of ethnic-racial information in EJA, as well as its contributions to the teaching and learning process of African and Afro-Brazilian culture in this modality. It conceives EJA as the right to education for young people and adults, guaranteed in the Federal Constitution of 1988 and ratified in Brazilian educational policies, not just as a compensatory action to accelerate studies. It contextualizes the insertion of the themes of ethnic-racial, African and Afro-Brazilian diversity in national curricula in Brazilian legislation. Discusses the role of libraries in combating racism and prejudice, as well as ethnic-racial diversity in the education of young people and adults. As a result, it presents a list of activities aimed at helping the practices of documentation, dissemination and preservation of ethnic-racial information in EJA, such as recognizing and valuing the contributions of black people in culture, literature, dance, cuisine, fashion, among others. . It points out the countless possibilities for the library to act in the production, treatment and dissemination of ethnic-racial information in the EJA, from its own mechanisms, of public knowledge, of the profile to whom it serves, going beyond the reductionist vision of adapting the activities of the elementary and secondary education in this modality. It emphasizes the need for knowledge about national regulations, African and Afro-Brazilian history and culture, through proactive actions by the information units.
