O racismo estrutural na infância impacta diretamente o desenvolvimento emocional, cognitivo e identitário das crianças, especialmente em contextos rurais, onde a representatividade étnico-racial é escassa. Este estudo teve como objetivo propor e analisar estratégias psicoeducativas para o enfrentamento do racismo estrutural em uma escola municipal da zona rural de Altamira (PA). A pesquisa adotou abordagem qualitativa, com intervenção pedagógica composta por oficinas, palestras e produção de materiais educativos, como cartilhas e manual ilustrativo. Os resultados evidenciaram avanços na conscientização de alunos, professores e familiares sobre identidade, ancestralidade e empatia, além da valorização da cultura afro-brasileira. A confecção das bonecas Abayomi e a oficina “Todos Iguais e Todos Diferentes” mostraram-se instrumentos eficazes na promoção do autoconhecimento, pertencimento e respeito às diferenças. A cartilha pedagógica demonstrou potencial para formação docente, subsidiando práticas antirracistas permanentes. Conclui-se que ações educativas lúdicas e afetivas, quando alinhadas à legislação e fundamentadas teoricamente, favorecem a construção de ambientes escolares mais inclusivos, representativos e equitativos, rompendo com padrões discriminatórios desde a infância.

  • Abstract: Structural racism in childhood directly affects children’s emotional, cognitive, and identity development, particularly in rural contexts where ethnic-racial representation is scarce. This study aimed to propose and analyze psychoeducational strategies to address structural racism in a rural municipal school in Altamira, Pará, Brazil. A qualitative approach was adopted, involving an educational intervention composed of workshops, lectures, and the development of educational materials, such as booklets and a practical manual. The results evidenced significant advances in the awareness of students, teachers, and families regarding identity, ancestry, and empathy, as well as the valorization of Afro-Brazilian culture. The making of Abayomi dolls and the workshop “All Equal and All Different” proved effective in promoting self-knowledge, belonging, and respect for differences. The pedagogical booklet showed potential for teacher training, supporting the implementation of permanent anti-racist practices. It is concluded that playful and affective educational actions, when aligned with legislation and theoretically supported, favor the construction of more inclusive, representative, and equitable school environments, breaking discriminatory patterns from childhood.
