ESTRATÉGIA DE INTERNACIONALIZAÇÃO UM ESTUDO SOBRE A IMPORTÂNCIA DA QUESTÃO CULTURAL
A prática de comércio em âmbito internacional traz o acesso a novos mercados. Tal acesso traz como benefício à companhia e maximização de lucros uma vez que a empresa obtenha o sucesso almejado desenvolvendo economias de escala e de escopo.
O processo tem algumas etapas e é importante ressaltar que a escolha de como a entrada em tal mercado será efetuada, do ponto de vista estratégico, é um fator crucial para que a empresa tenha sucesso ou não.
Dentro de tal estratégia existem questões a serem consideradas, uma vez que o parâmetro seja delimitado. Embora muitos estudos falem sobre modalidades de internacionalização e os riscos que envolvem tal processo o ponto desse estudo é avaliar como a questão cultural pode implicar em um fator decisivo, garantindo o sucesso. A base para a questão estratégica é a tese de pós-graduação de Ivan Lapuente Garrido e no decorrer do artigo será traçada uma linha com os pontos que outros autores fazem sobre a cultura e o ganho obtido ao considerá-la.

Abstract:
The practice of international trade brings access to new markets. Such access brings profit maximization to the company once the company achieves its desired success by developing economies of scale and scope.
The process has some steps and it is important to note that the choice of how to enter such a market will be, from a strategic point of view, is a crucial factor for the company to succeed or not.
Within such a strategy there are issues to consider once the parameter is delimited. Although many studies talk about internationalization modalities and the risks involved in this process, the point of this study is to evaluate how the cultural issue can imply a decisive factor, guaranteeing success. The basis for the strategic question is Ivan Lapuente Garrido's postgraduate thesis, and along the article a line will be drawn with the points that other authors make about the culture and the gain obtained by considering it.
