ESTRATÉGIA DE FORTIFICAÇÃO EM PÓ- NUTRISUS E AS DEMANDAS ENCONTRADAS NA SUA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO: UMA REVISÃO
A alimentação inadequada nos primeiros anos de vida está atrelada a morbimortalidade de crianças. Isto deve-se ao fato desta fase depender de estímulos para um crescimento saudável. O NutriSUS é uma estratégia de fortificação de alimentação infantil, onde consiste em uma mistura em pó de micronutrientes embalados em sachês de 1g. O objetivo da pesquisa foi estruturação e demandas existentes em locais beneficiados com a estratégia, bem como conhecer a logística e dificuldades encontradas pelos profissionais no desenvolvimento das ações. A análise da pesquisa foi realizada por meio de seis estudos entre os anos 2014 e 2019, onde pôde-se constatar que a ferramenta é bem aceita, porém, existe dificuldades para manuseio do sistema e a carência em treinamentos para os profissionais envolvidos no programa. Assim, é de suma importância a verificação de determinados problemas relacionados a implantação, a fim de não comprometer o funcionamento dessa estratégia, contribuindo assim para uma melhora na qualidade alimentar dessas crianças beneficiadas.

Abstract:
Inadequate nutrition in the first years of life is linked to children's morbidity and mortality. This is due to the fact that this phase depends on stimuli for healthy growth. NutriSUS is a baby food fortification strategy, which consists of a powder mixture of micronutrients packed in 1g sachets. The objective of the research was structuring and existing demands in places benefited from the strategy, as well as knowing the logistics and difficulties encountered by professionals in the development of actions. The analysis of the research was carried out through six studies between the years 2014 and 2019, where it was found that the tool is well accepted, however, there are difficulties in handling the system and the lack of training for the professionals involved in the program. Thus, it is of utmost importance to check certain problems related to implantation, in order not to compromise the functioning of this strategy, thus contributing to an improvement in the food quality of these benefited children.
