ESTILOS DE LIDERANÇA E SUA DINÂMICA NO COMPORTAMENTO SOCIAL VIRTUAL DOS GRUPOS DE UM PROGRAMA DE ENSINO A DISTÂNCIA
Esse trabalho é um desdobramento
da pesquisa realizada pelos mesmos autores
(LANNES; LANNES, 2016), na qual, foi
apontada a estreita relação entre interatividade
e produtividade de diferentes subgrupos de
PIBID do curso de Licenciatura em Matemática,
modalidade a distância. No entanto, um dado
em particular, que não pertencia ao objeto
de investigação da pesquisa mencionada,
chamou a atenção dos autores: um subgrupo
se destacou por ter uma produtividade maior
do que o esperado, em razão dos estímulos
provocados pelo seu professor supervisor.
Motivados por esta informação, os autores
debruçaram-se, nos anos subseqüentes, em
uma pesquisa qualitativa descritiva documental
para entender de que maneira o professor
supervisor interfere na interatividade e na
produtividade do seu subgrupo de PIBID. Como
resultado desta investigação, são mostrados
neste trabalho os diferentes estilos de liderança
exercida pelos professores supervisores no
PIBID à distância, e de que maneira cada estilo
desenha o comportamento social virtual do
subgrupo supervisionado.

Abstract:
This work is a result of the
research done by the same authors (LANNES,
LANNES, 2016), in which demonstrated the
close relationship between interactivity and
productivity of different PIBID groups of the
graduation course in Mathematics, distance
modality. However, one data in particular, which
did not belong to the object of investigation of
the mentioned research, caught the attention
of the authors: one group stood out for having
a productivity higher than expected, due to
the stimuli provoked by its supervisor teacher.
Motivated by this information, the authors
done, in subsequent years, for a qualitative
documentary descriptive research to understand
how the supervising teacher interferes with the
interactivity and productivity of their PIBID group.
As a result of this research, was shown in this
work the different styles of leadership exercised
by supervisors in the PIBID at a distance, and
in what way each style designs the virtual social
behavior of the supervised group.
