ESTILOS DE APRENDIZAGEM DOS ALUNOS DA DISCIPLINA DE CONTROLE 1 DO CURSO DE ENGENHARIA ELETRÔNICA DA UTFPR

o professor é capaz de verificar que um
método de ensino que funcionou bem em um
semestre pode não funcionar adequadamente
em outro. Ele avalia empiricamente que os
alunos têm algumas diferenças com relação a
turmas de semestres anteriores, mas muitas
vezes não consegue quantificar e qualificar
isto. É possível perceber que algumas turmas
possuem características muito diferentes de
outras. Isto pode estar relacionado com os
estilos de aprendizagem dos alunos. Diversos
estudos abordam como os alunos aprendem e
como isso pode ser quantificado e qualificado.
Neste artigo é apresentada uma síntese dos
estilos de aprendizagem proposto por Felder-
Silverman. É também mostrado o resultado
do teste desenvolvido por Soloman e Felder
para avaliar o estilo de aprendizagem aplicado
em quatro turmas da disciplina Controle 1.
Esta disciplina envolve conteúdos de controle
contínuo e pertence ao curso de Engenharia
Eletrônica da UTFPR, campus Curitiba. Este
trabalho finaliza apresentando e discutindo
os resultados da aplicação do questionário de
estilos de aprendizagem em diversas turmas
dessa disciplina.

Abstract:
By analyzing the assessment
results, the teacher is able to identify that a
teaching method, which worked well in one
semester, may not work properly in another. He
empirically evaluates that the students present
some differences from previous classes, but he
cannot often quantify it. He may also notice that
some classes have very different characteristics
from others. This may be related to the students'
learning styles. Several studies address the
ways students learn and how to quantify it. This
paper presents an overview of the learning styles
proposed by Felder-Silverman. The Soloman and Felder learning styles questionnaire
was applied in the discipline control 1 class. This discipline involves continuous control
content and belongs to the Electronic Engineering course at the UTFPR campus in
Curitiba. The final part of this paper presents and discusses the results of the learning
styles questionnaire of various classes taking this discipline.
