ESTATUTO DA CRIANÇA E DO ADOLESCENTE: CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA A GARANTIA DOS DIREITOS DE SAÚDE
Desde o final do século XIX a sociedade vem buscando alternativas de salvaguardar leis que protejam crianças e adolescentes em todos os setores de sua vida. Atualmente existem algumas políticas públicas que foram instituídas para esse público, como é o caso do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, no entanto as leis referentes à saúde são escassas. Identificar na produção científica quais diretrizes do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente são efetivas na defesa dos direitos a saúde do público infanto-juvenil. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada na disciplina de Enfermagem na Atenção Integral a Saúde da Criança e do Adolescente, do curso de ensino superior de Bacharelado em Enfermagem do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Pernambuco – campus Pesqueira. O levantamento dos artigos foi realizado em cinco bases de dados, sendo elas: SCIELO, MEDLINE, LILACS, BVS e BDENF, nas quais, foram selecionados 13 artigos para análise a partir da utilização de alguns critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Foi possível perceber que o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente foi um avanço no que tange a saúde infantojuvenil, sendo que essas leis na prática deixam lacunas importantes na prevenção e promoção da saúde desse público, focando mais no setor jurídico, afastando-se um pouco da abordagem sobre a saúde. Verificou-se que existem pouquíssimas leis que regem o próprio ECA que possam assegurar os direitos e deveres das crianças e adolescentes. Os artigos encontrados na RI apontam, em sua maioria, lacunas na efetivação das leis nacionais para este público.

Abstract:
Since the late nineteenth century, society has been seeking alternatives to safeguard laws that protect children and adolescents in all sectors of their lives. Currently there are some public policies that have been instituted for this public, such as the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, however the laws regarding health are scarce. Identify in scientific production which guidelines of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent are effective in defending the health rights of children and adolescents. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review conducted in the Nursing discipline in Comprehensive Health Care for Children and Adolescents, from the Higher Education Course of Nursing, Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Pernambuco - Campus Pesqueira. . The survey of the articles was performed in five databases, namely: SCIELO, MEDLINE, LILACS, VHL and BDENF, in which 13 articles were selected for analysis based on the use of some inclusion and exclusion criteria. It was possible to realize that the Statute of the Child and Adolescent was a breakthrough regarding the health of children and adolescents, and these laws in practice leave important gaps in the prevention and health promotion of this public, focusing more on the legal sector, moving away from one another. Little of the health approach. It has been found that there are very few laws governing the ECA itself that can ensure the rights and duties of children and adolescents. Most of the articles found in IR indicate gaps in the implementation of national laws for this public.
