ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO ENTRE UNIVERSIDADE E EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA PROFISSIONAL: possibilidades e desafios
O presente estudo tem por objetivo relatar uma experiência de Estágio
Supervisionado (ES) remoto junto à Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), que
visa promover a formação do/a licenciando/a a partir da perspectiva crítico-
reflexiva, baseada no olhar de respeito e cuidado com o/a estudante, e sobre o
lugar que ele/a ocupa, suas individualidades e potencializando suas
habilidades. A proposta teve sua origem na disciplina de Estágio
Supervisionado I, do curso de Ciências Biológicas da Universidade Federal de
Uberlândia - UFU, o qual foi realizado no Curso Técnico em Meio Ambiente, da
Escola Técnica de Saúde – ESTES/UFU e da Escola Estadual de Uberlândia
(Museu). A experiência aqui relatada foi realizada em 2021/2, de forma remota,
em função do contexto pandêmico. As ações desenvolvidas se basearam em
rodas de conversa com os/as estagiários/as, que foram situados/as no contexto
do estágio supervisionado, da escola na pandemia, ao contexto político-
educacional da EJA e ao trabalho docente para essa modalidade educativa.
Num segundo momento, os estagiários tiveram a oportunidade de se aproximar
dos/as estudantes, participar de algumas aulas ministradas pelo professor
supervisor, a fim de conhecer sobre o contexto em que iriam atuar,
conheceram também o ensino remoto na escola campo, os/as estudantes
público-alvo, os desafios da interação entre professor/a-estudante, etc, para, a
partir das vivências constituídas, realizar intervenções planejadas para o
contexto identificado. O ES remoto no PROEJA/ESTES-UFU proporcionou
importante experiência profissional aos/as licenciandos/as, com a imersão na
realidade da EJA e no cotidiano dos/as estudantes, sensibilizando-os/as e
mobilizando-os/as sobre os desafios do processo educativo em geral e, em
especial no período pandêmico, possibilitando reflexões sobre a relação teoria
e prática (a práxis), sobre sua formação e ação como agente de mudanças,
buscando novos conhecimentos que auxiliem na transformação do olhar sobre
as práticas educativas para esse público, bem como do contexto em que os
estudantes estão inseridos. acreditamos que esta modalidade de atividade
“Estágio Supervisionado”, numa parceria entre universidade e educação básica
profissional, afirmamos que há possibilidades, mas com desafios, o que não
seria diferente na educação, o que nos potencializou nas buscas de atividades
que apresentassem sentidos e significado socais.

Abstract:
The present study aims to report a remote Supervised Internship (ES)
experience with Youth and Adult Education (EJA), which aims to promote the
training of the licentiate from a critical-reflective perspective, based on a
respectful perspective. and care for the student, and about the place he/she
occupies, his/her individualities and enhancing his/her abilities. The proposal
had its origin in the discipline of Supervised Internship I, of the Biological
Sciences course at the Federal University of Uberlândia - UFU, which was
carried out in the Technical Course in Environment, at the Technical School of
Health - ESTES/UFU and at the State School of Uberlandia (Museum). The
experience reported here was carried out in 2021/2, remotely, due to the
pandemic context. The actions developed were based on conversation circles
with the interns, who were situated in the context of the supervised internship,
the school in the pandemic, the political-educational context of EJA and the
teaching work for this educational modality. In a second moment, the interns
had the opportunity to approach the students, participate in some classes
taught by the supervising teacher, in order to learn about the context in which
they would work, they also got to know remote teaching at the rural school, the
target audience students, the challenges of teacher/student interaction, etc., in
order to carry out interventions planned for the identified context based on the
constituted experiences. Remote SE at PROEJA/ESTES-UFU provided
important professional experience to undergraduates, with immersion in the
reality of EJA and in the daily lives of students, sensitizing them and mobilizing
them about the challenges of educational process in general and, especially in
the pandemic period, enabling reflections on the relationship between theory
and practice (praxis), on its formation and action as an agent of change,
seeking new knowledge that helps in transforming the look on educational
practices for this public, as well as the context in which students are inserted.
We believe that this modality of activity “Supervised Internship”, in a partnership
between university and professional basic education, we affirm that there are
possibilities, but with challenges, which would not be different in education,
which strengthened us in the search for activities that present meanings and
meaning social.
