ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO COMO ELEMENTO PRIMORDIAL PARA O PROCESSO DE ENSINO APRENDIZAGEM PARA A FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL
A pesquisa tem como objetivo estudar as condições objetivas da realização do estágio supervisionado como elemento primordial no processo de ensino aprendizagem para a formação profissional na graduação em Serviço Social da Faculdade Bagozzi utilizando o materialismo histórico-dialético será apresentado o processo histórico do Serviço Social; expondo em que condições se estabelecem as relações entre o processo de formação dos alunos e de supervisão, dos supervisores de campo e supervisores acadêmicos na graduação de Serviço Social na Faculdade Bagozzi. Pois o estágio tem papel essencial no processo de formação profissional acompanhado da supervisão que visa propiciar a reflexão, análise crítica das condições objetivas vivenciando a dimensão investigativa e interventiva da profissão. Realizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo com abordagem qualitativa tendo como sujeitos os supervisores de campo e acadêmicos e os alunos.

Abstract:
The research aims to study the objective conditions of the performance of the supervised internship as a fundamental element in the teaching-learning process for the professional training in the undergraduate course in Social Work at Faculdade Bagozzi, using the historical-dialectical materialism the historical process of the Service will be presented. Social; exposing under what conditions the relationships are established between the process of training students and supervisors, field supervisors and academic supervisors in the undergraduate course in Social Work at Faculdade Bagozzi. Because the internship has an essential role in the professional training process accompanied by supervision that aims to provide reflection, critical analysis of objective conditions experiencing the investigative and interventional dimension of the profession. Bibliographic and field research with a qualitative. Approach was carried out with subjects as field supervisors and academics and students.
