ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO: AS ÁREAS PESQUISADAS PELOS ALUNOS DO CURSO DE BACHARELADO EM SECRETARIADO EXECUTIVO DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE EDUCAÇÃO, CIÊNCIA E TECNOLOGIA DE MATO GROSSO – IFMT.
O presente estudo tem por objetivo
analisar as áreas escolhidas pelos acadêmicos
nos relatórios de estágios supervisionados
do curso de Bacharelado em Secretariado
Executivo do Instituto Federal de Educação,
Ciência e Tecnologia de Mato Grosso - IFMT e
aferir se tiveram semelhanças ou mudanças nas
áreas ao longo do tempo devido às demandas
do mercado de trabalho. Para fundamentar o
trabalho utilizou-se das literaturas de estágio
supervisionado em Secretariado Executivo,
como os autores Roesch (2006), Vigorena
(2006), Portela e Schumacher (2007), Maçaneiro
(2011) além de Moura e Schmidt (2014). Os
aportes metodológicos foram utilizados as
pesquisas descritiva e documental para analisar
os relatórios de estágio supervisionados
desenvolvidos no período de 2013/1 a 2017/1,
totalizando 95 trabalhos. Em relação aos
resultados, conclui-se que os relatórios de
estágio supervisionado não têm atendido o
perfil do secretariado executivo, pois estão
voltados para área operacional, necessitando
ser refletivo e revisado pelos professores e
alunos da instituição

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to
analyze the areas chosen by the academics in
the supervised training reports of the Bachelor’s
degree in Executive Secretary of the Federal
Institute of Education, Science and Technology
of Mato Grosso - IFMT and to verify if there
were similarities or changes in the areas along
the due to the demands of the labor market. In
order to justify the work, we used the literature
supervised in the Executive Secretary, such as
Roesch (2006), Vigorena (2006), Portela and
Schumacher (2007), Maçaneiro (2011) and
Moura and Schmidt (2014). The methodological
contributions were used to descriptive and
documentary researches to analyze the reports
of supervised training developed in the period
from 2013/1 to 2017/1, totaling 95 works.
Regarding the results, it is concluded that the
reports of supervised training did not meet the
profile of the executive secretary, since they are focused on operational area, needing to be reflected and reviewed by the institution’s
teachers and students.
