ESTÁGIO CURRICULAR SUPERVISIONADO EM ENFERMAGEM EM UM HOSPITAL DE ALTA COMPLEXIDADE: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
RESUMO
Objetivo: Relatar as experiências de um grupo de discentes no estágio curricular supervisionado em um hospital geral municipal. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, elaborado a partir da vivência de cinco discentes durante a realização do estágio obrigatório em um hospital geral no município de Caxias, Maranhão, realizado entre agosto e outubro de 2021. Resultados e discussão: Os setores hospitalares que foram vivenciados pelos estagiários no campo foram: Classificação de Risco; Sala de Medicação; Unidade Semi-intensiva; Unidade de Terapia Intensiva e as Clínicas (Médica, Ortopédica e Cirúrgica). A aplicação dos conhecimentos teóricos na prática é totalmente importante para o formando no campo de estágio, pois possibilita a aquisição de experiência e o desenvolvimento do senso crítico no campo de atuação. É possível ainda vivenciar no estágio supervisionado a rotina dos profissionais enfermeiros como também diversos problemas de saúde apresentados pelos pacientes e os cuidados indispensáveis para a saúde destes. Considerações finais: Conclui-se que mesmo diante das dificuldades devido o novo cenário causado pela pandemia, o estágio em enfermagem na unidade hospitalar possibilitou diversas aprendizagens de novas habilidades que influenciam na vida profissional e na promoção do cuidado. Além disso, verifica-se a importância da inserção da enfermagem em ações de saúde e o quanto o estágio possibilita diversas vivências enriquecedoras aos discentes quanto estagiários.

ABSTRACT
Objective: To report the experiences of a group of students in the supervised curricular internship in a municipal general hospital. Methodology: This is a descriptive study, of the experience report type, elaborated from the experience of five students during the completion of the mandatory internship in a general hospital in the city of Caxias, Maranhão, carried out between August and October 2021. Results and discussion: The hospital sectors that were experienced by the interns in the field were: Risk Classification; Medication Room; Semi-intensive unit; Intensive Care Unit and Clinics (Medical, Orthopedic and Surgical). The application of theoretical knowledge in practice is totally important for the trainee in the internship field, as it enables the acquisition of experience and the development of critical thinking in the field of action. It is also possible to experience, in the supervised internship, the routine of professional nurses as well as various health problems presented by patients and the essential care for their health. Final considerations: It is concluded that even in the face of difficulties due to the new scenario caused by the pandemic, the internship in nursing at the hospital unit enabled several learning of new skills that influence professional life and the promotion of care. In addition, it is verified the importance of the insertion of nursing in health actions and the extent to which the internship enables different enriching experiences for students and interns.
