ESTÁGIO CURRICULAR: AS CONTRIBUIÇÕES PRÁTICAS DO ESTÁGIO NA PERCEPÇÃO DE ACADÊMICOS DO CURSO DE CIÊNCIAS CONTÁBEIS
O Estágio curricular supervisionado é a oportunidade dada aos acadêmicos de relacionar os conhecimentos teóricos aprendidos na universidade à realidade prática do mercado. É também uma janela de acesso ao mercado de trabalho, por meio do qual o acadêmico e futuro profissional desempenhará a sua função semelhante à pretendida. Este estudo buscou analisar a percepção dos acadêmicos do curso de Ciências Contábeis da Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros – Unimontes, matriculados no estágio em 1-2020, relacionando a teoria adquirida em sala de aula com a prática no local de realização do estágio. O objetivo central foi investigar a analogia da efetiva prática do estágio nas empresas em relação ao conhecimento adquirido em sala de aula. Trata-se de uma pesquisa com base bibliográfica, com característica descritiva e exploratória, no que tange em averiguar fatos e fenômenos relacionados. Além da construção do referencial teórico para embasamento do estudo, buscou-se levantar informações por meio da aplicação de um questionário estruturado, e o resultado mostrou que o estágio tem fundamental importância para a formação profissional e acadêmica deles, sendo que para 95,4% dos acadêmicos responderam como importante ou muito importante o conhecimento adquirido no estágio. E 95,3% dos acadêmicos destacaram ainda que efetivamente utilizaram a teoria apreendida para realização da prática no estágio.

Abstract:
The supervised curricular internship is the opportunity given to academics to relate the theoretical knowledge learned at the university to the practical reality of the market. It is also a window of access to the job market, through which the academic and professional future will perform their function similar to that intended. This study sought to analyze the perception of students of the Accounting Sciences course at the State University of Montes Claros - Unimontes, enrolled in the internship in 1-2020, relating the theory acquired in the classroom with the practice in the place where the internship took place. The central objective was to investigate the analogy of the effective practice of the internship in companies in relation to the knowledge acquired in the classroom. This is a bibliographically based survey, with descriptive and exploratory characteristics, in terms of investigating related facts and phenomena. In addition to the construction of the theoretical framework to support the study, we sought to gather information through the application of a structured questionnaire, and the result showed that the internship is of fundamental importance for their professional and academic training, with 95.4% of the academics responded as important or very important the knowledge acquired in the internship. And 95.3% of the students also highlighted that they actually used the theory learned to carry out the practice in the internship.
