ESTABILIZAÇÃO SEGMENTAR VERTEBRAL NO TRATAMENTO DA LOMBALGIA
A dor lombar devido à instabilidade
da coluna vertebral, vem se tornando um
problema de saúde pública, pois, além da alta
prevalência, gera custos sociais altos quando
comparados com outras patologias. A técnica
de estabilização segmentar vertebral tem como
objetivo a melhora do controle neuromuscular,
utilizando exercícios específicos, principalmente
para os músculos profundos do abdome: o
transverso do abdome e multífidos. Estudos
mostram resultados benéficos no uso da
estabilização vertebral no tratamento de
pacientes com lombalgia. Este estudo teve
como objetivo identificar o uso da estabilização
segmentar vertebral no tratamento da lombalgia.
Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura do tipo
integrativa. Para análise e sistematização
dos dados obtidos foi realizado um estudo de
todos os artigos selecionados, seguido de um
processo de categorização temática. A análise
descritiva foi feita baseada numa abordagem
de pesquisa qualitativa do tema, considerando
a análise dos artigos mais relevantes.Utilizando
artigos das bases de dados PUBMED e LILACS,
no período de junho a agosto de 2018.

Abstract:
The lumbar pain due to the
instability of the spine, has become a publiche
al the problem, because, in addition to the high
prevalence, it generates high social costs when
compared with other pathologies. The vertebral
segmental stabilization technique, which aims to
improve neuromuscular control, using specific
exercises, mainly for the deep muscles of the
abdomen, as an example: the transverse of the
abdomen and multifidus, has been showing
Good results in the treatment of patients with
pain. This study a imedt o identify the use of
vertebral segmental stabilization in the treatment
of pain. This is a revie wof integrative-type
literature. For the analysis and systematization
of the data obtained a study was carried out
of all the select ed articles, followed by a the
matic categorization process. The descriptive
analysis was done based on a qualitative
research approach of the subject, considering
the analysis of the most relevant articles. Using
articles from PUBMED and LILACS data bases,
from Jun et o August 2018.
