ESTABILIDADE JURÍDICA E MUDANÇA SOCIAL: APONTAMENTOS SOBRE O PROCESSO PENAL COLETIVO DA SOCIEDADE CONTEMPORÂNEA DE RISCO
A sociedade contemporânea é marcada por uma série de processos de transformação que rompem com a forma representamos a tutela jurídico. Em matéria penal e processual penal esse processo está diretamente ligado aos bens jurídicos difusos e coletivos. A existência desses bens se converteu em objeto de grande debate em matéria penal, contudo no direito processual penal a doutrina mostra-se muito tímida em buscar um caminho em direção ao processo penal coletivo. O presente trabalho versa sobre essa apontamos que serão feitos sobre a necessidade de estabelecermos as bases de um direito processual penal coletivo.

Abstract:
Contemporary society is marked by a series of transformation processes that break with the way we represent legal guardianship. In criminal and criminal procedural matters, this process is directly linked to diffuse and collective legal assets. The existence of these assets has become an object of great debate in criminal matters, however in criminal procedural law the doctrine is very timid in seeking a path towards the Collective Criminal Procedure. The present work deals with this we point out that will be done on the need to establish the bases of a Collective Criminal Procedural Law.
