ESPAÇO E FORMA: A FORMAÇÃO DO PEDAGOGO E A LEGISLAÇÃO PARA O ENSINO DE GEOMETRIA NAS SÉRIES INICIAIS DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL
Este artigo trata da analise teórica da relação estabelecida entre a Educação Matemática e a legislação brasileira de ensino. O objetivo é verificar de que forma o curso de Pedagogia desenvolve suas abordagens para o ensino da matemática nas Séries Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental e como, dentro do processo formativo, se trabalham as questões que envolvem o ensino dessa linguagem e seu alinhamento com as leis que norteiam a educação. Para a realização do trabalho, utilizou-se o método qualitativo, desenvolvido através de pesquisa bibliográfica, observações e análises de atividades desenvolvidas por graduandos do curso de Pedagogia de uma Universidade pública como proposta de ensino do bloco Espaço e Forma, nos segmentos da Geometria, para os alunos das Séries Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. Os resultados apontam um alinhamento entre as propostas de ensino do curso de Pedagogia e a legislação para o ensino da Matemática nessa etapa da educação escolar. Sinaliza-se, então, um entendimento do ensino da linguagem Matemática nas Séries Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental como importante instrumento de desenvolvimento humano, cognitivo e social, reconhecidos tanto pelo curso de formação como pela legislação brasileira de educação.

Abstract:
This article deals with the theoretical analysis of the relationship between Mathematical Education and the Brazilian teaching legislation. The objective is to verify how the Pedagogy course develops its approaches to the teaching of series of elementar school mathematics and how, within the formative process, to be used as questions involving the teaching of this language and its alignment with the courses that guide education. To carry out the work, use the qualitative method, developed through bibliographic research, sessions and activity analysis, for students of the Pedagogy course of a Public University, as a teaching proposal of Space and Shape Block, in the Geometry modules, series of elementar school. The results shows an alignment between the teaching proposals of pedagogy course and legislation for mathematics teaching in this stage of school education. It signals, then, an understanding of the teaching of Mathematical language an initial series of elementar school educatio as an important instrument of human, cognitive and social development, recognized both by the training course and by the Brazilian education legislation.
