EQUIDADE NO SISTEMA DE SAÚDE: O CENÁRIO DE OLVIDAMENTO DAS CARDIOPATIAS CONGÊNITAS
o estudo propõe analisar a
moralidade do financiamento público para o
tratamento de cardiopatias congênitas, no
contexto do Sistema Único de Saúde, discutindo
a compreensão e a abrangência do direito à
saúde, propondo uma reflexão hermenêutica
sobre as questões éticas de fundo implicadas.
Refletir sobre desigualdades em saúde implica
a adoção de um referencial teórico que possa
relacionar essas agravantes através dos quais
o espaço social é constituído e reproduzido,
através de uma estratégia metodológica de
pesquisa bibliográfica e documental.

Abstract:
The study proposes to analyze
the morality of public funding for the treatment
of congenital heart disease, in the context
of the Unified Health System, discussing the
comprehension and comprehensiveness of the
right to health, proposing a hermeneutic reflection
on the underlying ethical issues. Reflecting
on health inequalities implies the adoption of
a theoretical framework that can relate these
aggravating factors through which the social
space is constituted and reproduced, through
a methodological strategy of bibliographic and
documentary research.
