Entre o contingente e o transcendente: um breve estudo das obras Aparição e Alegria breve, de Vergílio Ferreira
Este trabalho tem por objetivo estudar as obras: Aparição (1959) e Alegria Breve (1965), do escritor português Vergílio Ferreira, a partir da relação entre a forma literária e o conteúdo social nelas transfigurados. Para tanto, se faz necessário uma abordagem detalhada do narrador e o que chamamos de tríade vergiliana (tempo, espaço e memória). Neste trabalho, iremos abordar as correspondências e divergências dos narradores de Aparição e Alegria Breve, e tentaremos determinar como a problemática filosófico-existencial se dá, não somente pela construção do pensamento abstrato, mas se realiza nos fatos, nos acontecimentos dentro das narrativas, marcados por uma busca interior que vai da contingência para a transcendência do ser, além de mostrar como o princípio da arte fundamenta estes romances.

Abstract:
This work aims to study the works: Aparição (1959) and Alegria Breve (1965), by the Portuguese writer Vergílio Ferreira, under the analysis of the relationship between the literary form and the social content transfigured in them. This requires a detailed approach by the narrator and what we call the vergilian triad (time, space, and memory). In this work, we will address the correspondences and divergences of the narrators of Aparição and Alegría Breve, and try to determine how the philosophical-existential problematic occurs, not only by the construction of abstract thought, but is realized in the facts, in the events within the narratives, marked by an inner search that goes from contingency to the transcendence of being, as well as showing how the principle of art underlies these novels.
