ENTRE NÓS E FIOS: REFLEXÕES SOBRE OS ENTRAVES E ESTRATÉGIAS PARA A REALIZAÇÃO DO ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO EM SERVIÇO SOCIAL
O presente artigo tem por objetivo discutir sobre as dificuldades encontradas pelos supervisores acadêmicos ,quando se deparam com os nós da abertura de campos de estágio,e supervisores de campo, que entre os fios desta colcha de retalhos onde tecem relações sociais, alinhavam horários disponíveis e atendimentos à demanda da instituição, utilizando linhas e agulhas, tais como estratégias profissionais que fortaleçam os atores deste cenário. É necessário então habilidades para costurar com qualidade a prática profissional inserindo alunos nesta atividade, tempo, disponibilidade e aprimoramento continuado, contribuindo assim no processo de formação dos futuros profissionais. Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to discuss the difficulties encountered by academic supervisors, when they encounter the opening nodes of field interns and field supervisors, who, among the threads of this quilt in which they weave social relations, aligned available schedules and to meet the demand of the institution, using lines and needles, such as professional strategies that strengthen the actors in this scenario. It is necessary, therefore, skills to sew with quality the professional practice inserting students in this activity, time, availability and continuous improvement, thus contributing in the process of training of future professionals. As methodology we have the literature review.
