ENTRE A LOUCURA E AS MÚLTIPLAS LUTAS PELA SOBREVIVÊNCIA: FAMILIARES NA DESINSTITUCIONALIZAÇÃO EM SAÚDE MENTAL NO BRASIL
A família tem participado diversificadamente no processo de desinstitucionalização em saúde mental no Brasil. Como se identificam e se caracterizam as associações de familiares no espaço virtual? Que necessidades veiculam? Objetiva-se configurar a participação da família, no processo de desinstitucionalização brasileira, via ciberativismo. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, baseada em revisão bibliográfica e pesquisa documental. As aproximações iniciais remetem para uma participação da família que transita entre várias necessidades, indo daquelas da pessoa com transtorno mental e do próprio grupo familiar. Desde o conhecimento do transtorno mental, passando pela convivência com a pessoa com transtorno mental e sua inserção social. Pelas lutas diárias em torno das dificuldades financeiras, convivendo com estigmas e ausência de suporte comunitário, de difícil compatibilização.

Abstract:
The family has participated differently in the process of deinstitutionalization in mental health in Brazil. How are family members' associations identified and characterized in the virtual space? What needs do they convey? The objective is to configure family participation in the Brazilian deinstitutionalization process, via cyberactivism. It is a qualitative research, based on literature review and documentary research. The initial approaches refer to the participation of the family that moves between various needs, ranging from those of the person with mental disorder and the family group itself. From the knowledge of mental disorder, through living with the person with mental disorder and their social insertion. For the daily struggles around financial difficulties, living with stigmas and the absence of community support, which is difficult to reconcile.
