ENTRE A LEGISLAÇÃO E A FORMAÇÃO INICIAL DE PROFESSORES: APONTAMENTOS INICIAIS SOBRE O PPC DE LICENCIATURA EM HISTÓRIA DA UFPA
O presente artigo tem por objeto de
estudo, a legislação nacional sobre a formação
inicial de professores para a Educação Básica
e o Projeto Pedagógico do Curso (PPC) de
licenciatura em História da UFPA. Busca mapear
as determinações nacionais legais sobre a
formação inicial de professores e os aspectos
formativos contidos no PPC do referido curso.
Para tanto, utiliza-se da compreensão de
Nilma Gomes (2009) sobre a incorporação
e implementação da legislação educacional
sobre o trato com a diversidade étnico-racial,
recorrendo à análise de conteúdo de Laurence
Bardin (2011) como suporte metodológico, no
que tange à categorização, sistematização e
enunciação dos dados. Apresenta-se, de forma
preliminar, que a incorporação, de pelo menos
em parte, das exigências nacionais à formação
inicial de professores no PPC de licenciatura em
História da UFPA é um avanço no processo de
implementação, entretanto, é necessário ir além
de “um lugar periférico”, ou seja, se constitui
como imprescindível a inserção explícita dos
princípios pedagógicos das determinações
legais no Projeto Pedagógico do Curso.

Abstract:
The present article aims to study
the national legislation on the initial training of
teachers for Basic Education and the Pedagogical
Project of the Course (PPC) of degree in
History of UFPA. It seeks to map the national
legal determinations on the initial formation of
teachers and the formative aspects contained
in the PPC of said course. To do so, we use the
understanding of Nilma Gomes (2009) on the
incorporation and implementation of educational
legislation on the treatment of ethnic-racial
diversity, using the content analysis of Laurence
Bardin (2011) as a methodological support,
regarding to the categorization, systematization
and enunciation of the data. It is presented in a
preliminary way that the incorporation, at least
in part, of the national requirements for the initial
training of teachers in the PPP degree in History
of UFPA is an advance in the implementation
process, however, it is necessary to go beyond
“ a peripheral place “, that is, it is essential to
explicitly insert the pedagogical principles of the
legal determinations in the Pedagogical Project
of the Course.
