ENTRE A ESCRAVIDÃO SEXUAL E O ESTUPRO: UMA ANÁLISE DA PROSTITUIÇÃO COMO INSTRUMENTO DA DOMINAÇÃO MASCULINA
Confrontando as premissas
estabelecidas acerca da prostituição como a
profissão mais antiga do mundo, envolta por
mera moralidade, este artigo tem por finalidade
analisar a prostituição a partir da perspectiva
dos instrumentos de dominação masculina em
função da hierarquia entre os gêneros masculino
e feminino. Procura-se, através da interpretação
de dados em articulação com teoria, expor os
modelos teóricos e suas perspectivas jurídicas
acerca da prostituição, estabelecendo o diálogo
entre trabalho e exploração sexual. A partir
de tal diálogo, analisa-se a prostituição como
intrinsecamente violenta às mulheres.

Abstract:
Confronting the established
premises about prostitution as the oldest
profession in the world, surrounded by mere
morality, this article aims to analyze prostitution
from the perspective of the instruments of male
domination in function of the hierarchy between
the masculine and feminine genders. It is sought,
through the interpretation of data in articulation
with theory, to expose the theoretical models
and their legal perspectives on prostitution,
establishing the dialogue between work
and sexual exploitation. From this dialogue,
prostitution is analyzed as intrinsically violent
against women.
