ENTRE A ADOLESCÊNCIA E A PRIVAÇÃO: MEDIDAS SOCIEDUCATICAS NO BRASIL EM UMA DISCUSSÃO DE CLASSE E RAÇA.
Este artigo tem por finalidade discutir sobre medidas socioeducativas e o público a quem, prioritariamente, essas medidas são impostas. O texto versa, ainda, sobre a tendência de reprodução da lógica do sistema penal, e encarceramento de jovens pobres e negros. Para este alcance será apresentado um breve histórico sobre as legislações que trataram sobre a infância ao logo do tempo, ressaltando seu caráter, inicialmente, repressivo e punitivo, o que ainda hoje tem reflexos na realidade das práticas de proteção à infância no Brasil. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica.

Abstract:
This article aims to discuss socio-educational measures and the public to whom these measures are primarily imposed. The text is also about the tendency to reproduce the logic of the penal system, and imprisonment of poor and black youth. For this purpose, a brief history of the legislation that dealt with childhood over time will be presented, emphasizing its initially repressive and punitive character, which even today reflects on the reality of child protection practices in Brazil. For the development of the research a bibliographical review was carried out.
