ENSINO SUPERIOR E A EDUCAÇÃO MEDIADA POR TECNOLOGIA: FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES
A educação mediada por tecnologias é uma abordagem bastante inovadora na sala de aula e no trabalho docente, constituindo-se como grande desafio aos professores. Este artigo analisou questões pedagógicas da educação mediada por tecnologias e da formação de professores. É um trabalho de pesquisa bibliográfica, voltado para a formação dos docentes que trabalham com as tecnologias da informação e comunicação, e visa subsidiar um preparo mais adequado para trabalharem de forma qualificada frente aos desafios e inovações. É necessário a articulação de novos saberes e fazeres educativos, qualificando a atuação docente na Universidade. Portanto, os profissionais da área da docência têm um papel fundamental na concretização dessas mudanças.

Abstract:
The education mediated by technologies is an innovative plenty approach in the classroom and in the educational work, being constituted as great challenge to the teachers. This article analyzed pedagogic subjects of the education mediated by technologies and of the teachers' formation. It is a work of bibliographical research, gone back to the teachers' formation that you/they work with the technologies of the information and communication, and it seeks to subsidize a more appropriate preparation for us to work from way qualified front to the challenges and innovations. It is necessary the articulation of new know and you do educational, qualifying the educational performance in the University. Therefore, the professionals of the area of the teaching have a fundamental paper in the materialization of those changes.
