ENSINO RELIGIOSO E A BASE NACIONAL COMUM CURRICULAR
A proposta do Ensino Religioso na Base Nacional Comum Curricular possui um caráter não confessional, motivo que evidencia ainda mais a problemática em torno dos interesses que historicamente contornaram e contornam a educação brasileira. Este artigo tem por objetivo discorrer sobre o primeiro documento curricular proposto pelo Ministério da Educação, em nível nacional, que orienta a oferta do Ensino Religioso, a BNCC. Esta pesquisa se justifica por trazer à tona o processo de discussão do Ensino Religioso na legislação brasileira, considerando as diferentes discussões até a sua implantação nas escolas a partir da aprovação da BNCC. É interessante observar que, ao longo de toda a história da educação brasileira, a BNCC foi o primeiro documento curricular cuja escrita considerou uma consulta popular. A permanência do Ensino Religioso pode ser o primeiro passo para sanar dúvidas que surgiram durante o processo de organização de seu controverso conteúdo, levando o Ministério da Educação a considerar que ele, sob um algum modelo, pode contribuir para a formação e para o exercício da cidadania.

Abstract:
The proposal of Religious Education in the National Common Curricular Base has a non-denominational character, a reason that highlights even more the problem around the interests that historically circumvented and circumvents Brazilian education. This article aims to discuss the first curriculum document proposed by the Ministry of Education, at the national level, which guides the provision of Religious Education: the NCCB. This research is justified by bringing to light the process of discussion of Religious Education in Brazilian legislation, considering the different discussions until its implementation in schools after the approval of the NCCB. It is interesting to note that, throughout the history of Brazilian education, the NCCB was the first curriculum document whose writing was considered a popular consultation. The permanence of Religious Education can be the first step to resolve doubts that arose during the process of organizing its controversial content, leading the Ministry of Education to consider that it, under some model, can contribute to the formation and exercise of citizenship.
