ENSINO HÍBRIDO: EXCLUSÃO SÓCIO-DIGITAL E DESIGUALDADE SOCIAL. REFLEXÕES PARA ALÉM DA SALA DE AULA.
O objetivo deste artigo é fomentar a discussão sobre a utilização do ensino híbrido (blended learning), cujo emprego ganhou notoriedade em virtude da pandemia COVID-19. Evidenciar aspectos legais que garantem acesso e permanência ao ensino em suas diversas modalidades e práticas. Transcorrer sobre a falta de efetividade das políticas públicas em educação, o arcabouço jurídico e a ausência de eficácia em sua aplicação. Demonstrar aspectos que conduzem a não inserção do aluno aos meios digitais e a consequente exclusão deste do seio social. E por fim, trazer à tona a mãe perversa dessa catástrofe que é o aumento considerável da desigualdade social que assola o Brasil, produzindo filhos e filhas cada vez mais a margem da sociedade. Constituindo por assim dizer, um verdadeiro “Estado marginal”.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to promote the discussion about the use of blended learning, whose use has gained notoriety due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To highlight legal aspects that guarantee access and permanence to education in its various modalities and practices. Discuss the lack of effectiveness of public policies in education, the legal framework and the lack of effectiveness in its application. Demonstrate aspects that lead to the non-insertion of the student to digital media and the consequent exclusion of the student from the social environment. And finally, to bring to light the perverse mother of this catastrophe that is the considerable increase in social inequality that plagues Brazil, producing sons and daughters increasingly on the margins of society. Constituting, so to speak, a true “marginal state”.
