ENSINO E APRENDIZADO DE LÍNGUA INGLESA: DESAFIOS E PERCEPÇÕES NA ESCOLA ESTADUAL CORONEL FIÚZA, EM CAREIRO DA VÁRZEA-AM
Neste estudo, o foco central se concentrou no conhecimento e análises das debilidades dos professores e projeções dos alunos em relação ao ensino e aprendizado de Inglês no contexto da Escola Estadual Coronel Fiúza no interior do Amazonas. A inserção da Língua Inglesa na matriz curricular deve viabilizar o encontro dos alunos com culturas diferentes e experiências de interação social, ampliando suas percepções de mundo e contribuindo para sua formação integral e a compreensão da realidade educativa. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar os desafios e percepções que permeiam o ensino e aprendizado do componente curricular Língua Inglesa. Além disso, realizou-se o levantamento bibliográfico das leis que regem o ensino-aprendizagem de língua estrangeira no Brasil e as publicações sobre o tema estudado. Posteriormente, aplicou-se o questionário para coletar os dados referentes a visão dos alunos ao estudo da língua inglesa. Constatou-se que é um grande desafio intermediar o ensino-aprendizagem de Língua Inglesa sem uma estrutura educacional adequada, porém, ressaltando sempre a necessidade de gerenciar toda a adversidade do sistema educacional para corresponder às expectativas dos estudantes visando a compreensão das concepções que são determinadas por fatores culturais e sociais do contexto em que estão inseridos.

Abstract:
In this study, the central focus was on the knowledge and analysis of teachers' weaknesses and students' projections in relation to teaching and learning English in the context of the State School Coronel Fiúza in the interior of Amazonas. The inclusion of the English language in the curriculum should make it possible for students to meet different cultures and experiences of social interaction, expanding their perceptions of the world and contributing to their integral formation and understanding of the educational reality. The objective of this research was to analyze the challenges and perceptions that permeate the teaching and learning of the English Language curriculum component. In addition, a bibliographic survey of the laws that govern the teaching and learning of foreign languages in Brazil and the publications on the subject studied was carried out. Subsequently, the questionnaire was applied to collect data regarding the students' view of the study of the English language. It was found that it is a great challenge to intermediate the teaching and learning of English Language without an adequate educational structure, however, always emphasizing the need to manage all the adversities of the educational system to meet the expectations of students aiming at understanding the conceptions that are determined by cultural and social factors of the context in which they are inserted.
