ENSINO DE MATEMÁTICA NOS ANOS INICIAIS DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL: DESAFIO E EMOÇÃO NA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES
O artigo apresenta um recorte
das ações que a Secretaria Municipal de
Educação de Ponta Grossa - Pr desenvolve
com os professores do 1º, 2º e 3º ano do
Ensino Fundamental referente a formação
de professores que ensinam matemática.
As ações dividem-se em três campos de
atuação: observação e relato dos Assessores
Pedagógicos sobre suas escolas e seus
professores, estudos sobre didática específica
de matemática e neurociência com professores
da rede e também com o grupo interno da
secretaria para melhor entender como se ensina
e como se aprende perpassando pelas questões
de desenvolvimento cerebral, questões
socioemocionais e utilização de materiais
manipulativos, e, o terceiro campo é a formação
em EaD com aulas on-line sobre o ensino de
matemática. Os três campos de atuação tem o
objetivo de capacitar os professores para que
seja alcançado a aprendizagem dos alunos
com qualidade e principalmente com o cuidado
com o ser humano, o social e o emocional. Os
resultados começam a surgir e indicam que o
trabalho está trilhando o caminho para atingir
os objetivos, mas tem-se a certeza de que há
muito estudo a se fazer. O movimento começou,
e, agora, tem-se de terminar.

Abstract:
The article presents a cut of
the actions that the Municipal Department of
Education of Ponta Grossa - Pr develops with
the teachers of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of
Elementary School regarding the training of
teachers who teach mathematics. The actions
are divided into three fields: observation and
reporting by the Pedagogical Advisors about
their schools and their teachers, studies
on specific didactics of mathematics and
neuroscience with teachers from the network
and also with the internal group of the secretariat
to better understand how it is taught and how
one learns through the questions of brain
development, socioemotional questions and
use of manipulative materials, and the third field
is the formation in EaD with online classes on
the teaching of mathematics. The three fields of
action have the objective of enabling teachers
to achieve the students’ learning with quality
and especially with the care of the human being,
social and emotional. The results begin to emerge and indicate that the work is paving
the way to achieve the goals, but one has to be sure that there is much study to do. The
movement has begun, and now it has to end.
