ENSINO DE HISTÓRIA E CULTURA AFRO-BRASILEIRA E AFRICANA EM UM CONTEXTO INTERDISCIPLINAR
Analisa-se o ensino da cultura afrobrasileira
e africana no contexto escolar, a partir
de uma perspectiva interdisciplinar. Iniciamos
o estudo, a partir de um levantamento que
procurou reunir publicações nacionais sobre
o tema da cultura afro-brasileira e africana.
A partir deste levantamento, discutimos as
diversas possibilidades de abordagem do tema
são tornadas obrigatórias a partir da publicação
da Lei 10639/2003. A Lei que determina o
ensino de cultura afro-brasileira e africana na
educação básica permite a proposição de ações
e práticas pedagógicas, que tratam da cultura
afro-brasileira e africana a partir de projetos
interdisciplinares no currículo escolar. Para
tanto, discutimos a aplicação de uma proposta
interdisciplinar realizada em uma escola da
rede municipal de Campo Bom (RS).

Abstract:
We analyze the teaching of Afro-
Brazilian and African culture in the school context,
from an interdisciplinary perspective. We began
the study, based on a survey that sought to
gather national publications on the subject of
Afro-Brazilian and African culture. From this
survey, we discuss the various possibilities to
approach the theme are made mandatory as
of the publication of Law 10639/2003. The Law
that determines the teaching of Afro-Brazilian
and African culture in basic education allows
the proposition of actions and pedagogical
practices that deal with Afro-Brazilian and
African culture from interdisciplinary projects in
the school curriculum. For that, we discussed
the application of an interdisciplinary proposal
carried out in a school in the municipal network
of Campo Bom (RS).
