ENSINO DA GESTÃO EM SAÚDE NOS ESTÁGIOS SUPERVISIONADOS: REFLEXÕES SOBRE A FORMAÇÃO ACADÊMICA EM ENFERMAGEM
O estudo tem como objetivo analisar o ensino prático da gestão em saúde, implementado no curso de graduação em Enfermagem, na perspectiva dos discentes. Optamos como abordagem metodológica a qualitativa, com o procedimento descritivo, do tipo grupo focal. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior privada, localizada na região norte do estado do Ceará, no período de fevereiro a junho de 2019. A amostra foi representada por sete discentes. A coleta de dados ocorreu conforme a metodologia do grupo focal, acrescida de entrevistas semiestruturadas, durante três encontros. A análise dos dados foi subsidiada pela técnica de Bardin, seguida da perspectiva analítico - descritiva. Os dados foram agrupados em categorias e as temáticas foram submetidas à análise específica e à compreensão analítica. O estudo seguiu as recomendações da Resolução n.º 466/12, do Conselho Nacional de Saúde, sendo aprovado sob o parecer de n° 3.390.603. O resultado obtido e que a faixa etária dos participantes variou de 23 a 38 anos. O relato das experiências foi favorecido em três categorias, a saber: o ensino prático da gestão em saúde; competências de gestão em saúde e formação acadêmica com a prática de gestão. Dentre as contribuições do estudo, cita-se a compreensão sobre as adequabilidades das funções gerenciais. Como limitação, a amostra foi composta por discentes de apenas uma instituição de ensino. Sugere-se novos estudos baseados nas percepções de discentes de universidades públicas e privadas, para avaliar a diversificação dos cenários de ensino-aprendizado e das práticas de gestão a curto e longo prazos. Concluímos que o ensino prático em gestão apresentou, na percepção dos discentes, tempo insuficiente para estágios supervisionados. Todavia, constatou-se, que os discentes consideraram o estágio supervisionado uma ferramenta estratégica para a promoção de crescimento pessoal e profissional.

Abstract:
The study aims to analyze the practical teaching of health management, implemented in the undergraduate Nursing course, from the perspective of students. We opted for a qualitative methodological approach, with a descriptive procedure, of the focus group type. The research was developed in a private Higher Education Institution, located in the northern region of the state of Ceará, from February to June 2019. The sample was represented by seven students. Data collection took place according to the focus group methodology, plus semi-structured interviews, during three meetings. Data analysis was supported by the Bardin technique, followed by the analytical-descriptive perspective. Data were grouped into categories and the themes were subjected to specific analysis and analytical understanding. The study followed the recommendations of Resolution No. 466/12, of the National Health Council, being approved under the opinion of No. 3,390,603. The result obtained is that the age group of the participants ranged from 23 to 38 years old. The report of experiences was favored in three categories, namely: the practical teaching of health management; health management skills and academic training with management practice. Among the contributions of the study, it is mentioned the understanding of the suitability of managerial functions. As a limitation, the sample consisted of students from only one educational institution. New studies based on the perceptions of students from public and private universities are suggested, to assess the diversification of teaching-learning scenarios and short- and long-term management practices. We conclude that practical management teaching presented, in the students' perception, insufficient time for supervised internships. However, it was found that the students considered the supervised internship a strategic tool for the promotion of personal and professional growth.
