ENSINO À DISTÂNCIA: UM ESTUDO ACERCA DOS INSTRUMENTOS DE AVALIAÇÃO NA PERCEPÇÃO DE TUTORES ON LINE DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE ENSINO SUPERIOR DA CIDADE DE FORTALEZA
Este artigo aborda a temática avaliação, especificamente, os instrumentos utilizados na modalidade de educação à distância - EaD. O mesmo tem como objetivo geral analisar a percepção de professores que atuam no ambiente virtual, chamados a partir de agora de tutores on line, no que se refere à utilização dos instrumentos de avaliação na referida modalidade. Para o alcance de tal objetivo foram traçados os seguintes objetivos específicos: identificar o perfil dos tutores pesquisados; apresentar os critérios de avaliação em EaD e relacionar o grau de dificuldade que os tutores atribuem à utilização dos instrumentos de avaliação como fóruns, chats, provas, trabalhos e demais atividades. Por sua vez, o referencial teórico foi dividido em duas partes, avaliação educacional e o processo de avaliação no ensino a distância. A pesquisa pode ser definida quanto aos objetivos, como sendo exploratória e descritiva e quanto aos procedimentos, como bibliográfica e de campo. Para a coleta de dados foram aplicados questionários com os tutores de uma instituição de ensino superior privada com sede na cidade de Fortaleza. Diante dos resultados da pesquisa destaca-se o fórum como o instrumento que praticamente não apresenta dificuldades em termos de avaliação, já o portfólio e as provas foram apontados como instrumentos que geram mais dificuldades no que diz respeito à avaliação. No geral os exercícios foram destacados como o instrumento mais eficaz de avaliação. Com relação a eficácia dos critérios de avaliação a interatividade foi apontada como a de valor mais alto.

Abstract:
This article deals with the thematic evaluation, specifically, the instruments used in the modality of distance education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of teachers who work in the virtual environment, called from now on online tutors, regarding the use of the evaluation instruments in this modality. To reach this objective, the following specific objectives were defined: to identify the profile of the tutors surveyed; to present the evaluation criteria in distance education and to relate the degree of difficulty that tutors attribute to the use of assessment tools such as forums, chats, tests, work and other activities. In turn, the theoretical reference was divided into two parts, educational evaluation and the evaluation process in distance education. The research can be defined as objectives, as exploratory and descriptive and as to the procedures, such as bibliographic and field research. For the data collection, questionnaires were applied with the tutors of a private higher education institution based in the city of Fortaleza. In view of the results of the research, the forum stands out as the instrument that practically presents no difficulties in terms of evaluation, since the portfolio and the evidence were pointed as instruments that generate more difficulties with respect to the evaluation. In general, the exercises were highlighted as the most effective evaluation tool. Regarding the effectiveness of the evaluation criteria, the interactivity was indicated as the one with the highest value.
