ENGAJAMENTO DOCENTE NA PERSPECTIVA DE UMA REDE DE PESQUISA COLABORATIVA UNIVERSIDADE-ESCOLA
Analisamos o engajamento docente em um projeto de pesquisa colaborativa entre Universidade e escola, destacando os indícios de tal engajamento e impactos causados nas vivências escolares. A problemática foi a realização de uma pesquisa colaborativa, tendo como sujeitos professores e estudantes de universidades e de escolas públicas de educação básica. Buscamos identificar o engajamento dos professores pesquisadores a partir da constituição desta rede de pesquisa colaborativa, tendo como questão: quais foram os indicadores do engajamento docente que favoreceram o desenvolvimento do Projeto Rede de Pesquisa Colaborativa Universidade Escola?". Tomamos como marco teórico os estudos de Martins e Ribeiro (2017), Coates (2005) e Melo (2016), para ampliarmos a discussão acerca do engajamento docente e do engajamento em rede. Trata-se de um estudo de caso, constituído por análises qualitativas sobre a pesquisa colaborativa, o engajamento docente e o engajamento em rede, em que recorremos à etnografia virtual (Hine, 2004) para analisarmos as atividades, interações, mediações e produções que propiciaram o engajamento docente e em rede. Como principais resultados do engajamento docente, temos como indícios uma maior participação na elaboração das questões-problema da pesquisa junto aos discentes, na construção da metodologia de trabalho da própria rede, bem como uma maior aproximação com os docentes e estudantes da educação básica, com o uso de metodologias ativas e dinâmicas participativas. Como outros indícios, percebemos o incremento na produção acadêmica e o incentivo à continuidade dos estudos em outro nível e modalidade. Como contribuições, os resultados apontam para a necessidade de aprofundamento das teorias do engajamento em rede e das estratégias utilizadas no desenvolvimento do projeto para a constituição e sustentação dessa rede.

Abstract:
We analyze the teaching engagement in a collaborative research project between University and school, highlighting the signs of such engagement and impacts caused in school experiences. The problematic was the accomplishment of a collaborative research, having like subjects teachers and students of universities and public schools of basic education. We sought to identify the engagement of research professors from the constitution of this collaborative research network, having as a question: what were the indicators of teacher engagement that favored the development of the University School Collaborative Research Network Project? ". Martins and Ribeiro (2017), Coates (2005) and Melo (2016), to broaden the discussion about teacher engagement and network engagement. This is a case study, consisting of qualitative analyzes on collaborative research, teacher engagement and network engagement, in which we used virtual ethnography (Hine, 2004) to analyze the activities, interactions, mediations and productions that propitiated teacher and network engagement. participation in the elaboration of the problem questions of the research with the students, in the construction of the methodology of the network itself, as well as a greater rapprochement with the teachers and students of basic education, with the use of active methodologies and participatory dynamics. Like other indications, we perceive the increase in the academic production and the incentive to the continuity of the studies in another level and modality. As contributions, the results point to the need to deepen theories of network engagement and the strategies used in the development of the project to build and sustain this network.
