ENFRENTAMENTO DOS DESAFIOS PARA A REALIZAÇÃO DE AULAS REMOTAS NO CURSO DE MEDICINA EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA
A pandemia pelo novo coronavírus (SARS-CoV-2) se configura como o problema de maior repercussão em relação à saúde pública e que afeta fortemente a situação social no Brasil e no restante do mundo. Esta situação indicou a necessidade das instituições educacionais, da classe docente e da sociedade a entabularem diálogo sobre proposta de remodelamento do ensino médico, que foi fortemente atingido desde o começo da interrupção das atividades acadêmicas. O ensino remoto proporciona ao aluno que se posicione como protagonista da sua aprendizagem. No entanto, ela também apresenta uma dificuldade, no que diz respeito aos cursos da área de saúde, os quais têm como padrão a aproximação dos alunos com a sociedade, com o estímulo à simpatia e ao tratamento humanizado. Assim, os acadêmicos de medicina tiveram como opção as aulas remotas, a fim de diminuir a propagação do vírus da pandemia, pelo fato de ser visto como potencial vetor de contaminação, considerando as propostas dos cursos médicos que valorizam o modo prático da aprendizagem, onde existe a aproximação os alunos com os pacientes. Com esta perspectiva, destaca-se a problemática seguinte: Quais os desafios enfrentados com a utilização das aulas remotas no curso de medicina durante a pandemia do novo coronavírus? Com a pergunta, deseja-se, no presente Artigo, discutir dificuldades provenientes da utilização das aulas remotas no curso de medicina, com a utilização da revisão bibliográfica, com o apoio de fontes escritas sobre o tema nos últimos cinco anos. Sendo assim, o trabalho visa expor a posição de autores e suas ideias sobre o assunto. Pode-se destacar que é preciso um diálogo mais aberto, claro e politizado entre as das partes interessadas, a fim de lidar os dilemas surgidos, em um espaço colaborativo e solidário. As partes são: o Ministério da educação, o Ministério da Saúde e as instituições que representam a educação médica brasileira.

Abstract:
The New Coronavirus pandemic (SARS-CoV-2) is configured as the problem with the greatest repercussions in relation to public health and that strongly affects the social situation in Brazil and in the rest of the world. This situation indicated the need for educational institutions, the teaching class and society to establish a dialogue on the proposal to remodel medical education, which was strongly affected since the beginning of the interruption of academic activities. Remote teaching allows students to position themselves as the protagonists of their learning. However, it also presents a difficulty with regard to courses in the health area, which have as a standard the approximation of students to society, with the encouragement of sympathy and humanized treatment. Thus, medical students had the option of remote classes, in order to reduce the spread of the pandemic virus, as it is seen as a potential vector of contamination, considering the proposals of medical courses that value the practical way of learning, where there is the approach between students and patients. With this perspective, the following issue stands out: What are the challenges faced with the use of remote classes in the medical course during the New Coronavirus pandemic? With the question, we wish, in this article, to discuss difficulties arising from the use of remote classes in the medical course, with the use of literature review, with the support of written sources on the subject in the last five years. Thus, the work aims to expose the position of authors and their ideas on the subject. It can be highlighted that a more open, clear and politicized dialogue between the interested parties is needed, in order to deal with the dilemmas that arise, in a collaborative and solidary space. The parties are: the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the institutions that represent Brazilian medical education.
