ENFRENTAMENTO DE MÃES ABRIGADAS NA CASA DA GESTANTE, BEBÊ E PUÉRPERA (CGBP) DO MUNICIPIO DE IMPERATRIZ - MA: INTERVENÇÕES DE ENFERMAGEM
Introdução: A hospitalização de um bebê altera o equilíbrio de uma família, que necessita se reorganizar em torno da recuperação do recém-nascido. A mãe normalmente é o membro familiar que acompanha o bebê no hospital. Objetivo: identificar sentimentos e enfrentamentos das mães durante a internação do seu filho na unidade de terapia intensiva neonatal. Metodologia: pesquisa qualitativa, realizada no mês de maio de 2019, com 14 mães abrigadas na casa da gestante, bebê e puérpera do município de Imperatriz – MA. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, posteriormente, transcritas à análise de conteúdo. Resultados: da análise, emergiram três categorias: a percepção da mãe em relação à internação do seu filho na UTIN; A percepção da mãe em relação à ausência da família e A percepção da mãe em relação à equipe de enfermagem. Conclusão: as participantes demonstraram enfrentar sentimentos e dificuldades durante o processo de internação do filho, sofrendo com a ausência da família, mas tendo o apoio da equipe de enfermagem.

Abstract:
Introduction: Hospitalization of a baby alters the balance of a family, which needs to reorganize around the recovery of the newborn. The mother is usually the family member who accompanies the baby in the hospital. Objective: to identify feelings and confrontations of mothers during the hospitalization of their child in the neonatal intensive care unit. Methodology: qualitative research, carried out in May 2019, with 14 mothers sheltered at the pregnant woman 's home, baby and puerpera from the municipality of Imperatriz - MA. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, later transcribed to content analysis. Results: three categories emerged from the analysis: the mother's perception regarding her child's hospitalization in the NICU; The perception of the mother in relation to the absence of the family and The perception of the mother in relation to the nursing team. Conclusion: the participants demonstrated to face feelings and difficulties during the process of hospitalization of the child, suffering with the absence of the family, but having the support of the nursing team
