ENFRENTAMENTO DA VIOLÊNCIA INTRAFAMILIAR NO ÂMBITO DA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Objetivou-se analisar a produção
científica sobre a abordagem da Atenção
Primária à Saúde no enfrentamento da
violência Intrafamiliar. Trata-se de uma revisão
integrativa realizada entre abril e maio de 2018,
com a busca das produções nos últimos dez
anos nas bases de dados LILACS, BDENF,
MEDLINE e IndexPsicologia, selecionando-se
12 artigos para análise. Os dados evidenciaram
a invisibilidade da violência pelos profissionais
da saúde, de forma a dificultar a tomada de
decisão, constituindo assim, uma barreira
inicial ao atendimento às vítimas. Os desafios
relacionaram-se à sobrecarga de trabalho dos
profissionais e a fragmentação da rede de
apoio, além da precária capacitação voltada
para a prevenção e manejo da violência
intrafamiliar. Assim, enfatiza-se a necessidade
de inserir estratégias de educação permanente
para a sensibilização e transformação das
práticas profissionais, além de refletir sobre a
importância da abordagem à violência de forma
mais significativa no processo de formação
que leve à construção de uma prática integral,
autônoma e resolutiva para o exercício de um
fazer profissional competente frente às suas
responsabilidades no contexto da Atenção
Primária à Saúde.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to analyze the scientific production on the
Primary Health Care approach in confronting intrafamily violence. It is an integrative
review carried out between April and May 2018, with the search of the productions
in the last ten years in the databases LILACS, BDENF, MEDLINE, CIDSAÚDE,
ColecionaSus and IndexPsicologia, selecting 12 articles for analysis. The data showed
the invisibility of violence by health professionals, in order to make decision making
difficult, thus constituting an initial barrier to care for the victims. The challenges were
related to the workload of professionals and the fragmentation of the support network,
in addition to the precarious training focused on the prevention and management of
intrafamily violence. Thus, it is emphasized the need to insert strategies of permanent
education for the sensitization and transformation of professional practices, as well as
to reflect on the importance of approach to violence in a more significant way in the
formation process that leads to the construction of an integral, autonomous practice
and resolutive for the exercise of a competent professional doing their responsibilities
in the context of Primary Health Care.
