ENFERMAGEM NO AUXÍLIO AO CÂNCER DE MAMA
O câncer de mama é uma doença causada pela multiplicação de células anormais da mama, que formam um tumor. Há vários tipos de câncer de mama. Alguns tipos têm desenvolvimento rápido enquanto outros são mais lentos. O enfermeiro é um dos profissionais destacados para assumir o cuidado e a assistência à mulher com câncer de mama, sua atitude positiva sobre a prática e o ensino do Auto Exame da Mama constitui elemento facilitador na atividade de educação em saúde e de detecção precoce do câncer de mama em diferentes ambientes ou situações. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar o câncer de mama na perspectiva do cuidar em enfermagem a partir da revisão bibliográfica integrativa na literatura brasileira da última década. Dos artigos encontrados o maior número deles foi encontrado na Revista Acta Paul Enfermagem, Revista Eletrônica de enfermagem, Psicologia, Saúde & Doenças, Colégio Brasileiro de Radiologia e Diagnóstico por Imagem, Revista Electrônica Trimestral de Enfermería. Neste estudo foram encontradas as seguintes categorias: Fatores de risco; protocolos; diagnósticos; acompanhamento pós-tratamento; prevenção; tratamento; assistências de enfermagem.

Abstract:
Breast cancer is a disease caused by the multiplication of abnormal cells in the breast, which form a tumor. There are several types of breast cancer. Some types have rapid development while others are slower. The nurse is one of the outstanding professionals to take care of and assist the woman with breast cancer, her positive attitude about the practice and the teaching of the Breast Self-Exam is a facilitating element in the health education and early detection of cancer activity The objective of this study was to analyze breast cancer from the perspective of nursing care from the integrative bibliographical review in the Brazilian literature of the last decade. Of the articles found the largest number of them was found in the Acta Paul Nursing Journal, Nursing Electronic Magazine, Psychology, Health & Diseases, Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging, Electronic Quarterly Magazine of Nursing. In this study the following categories were found: Risk factors; protocols; diagnosis; post-treatment follow-up; prevention; treatment; nursing assistances.
