ENDIVIDAMENTO DO SERVIDOR PÚBLICO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO DENTRE OS PROFESSORES DA REDE MUNICIPAL DE MANAUS
O presente trabalho foi motivado pela busca de respostas sobre a utilização da renda dos professores do ensino fundamental da rede municipal de educação de Manaus, tendo em vista que este é um grupo que precisa estar motivado e engajado nas questões pedagógicas, e sofre com o baixo nível de renda. O trabalho buscou compreender em que está empregado o endividamento dos professores da rede municipal, traçando o perfil, identificando a modalidade de crédito mais utilizada pelos agentes estudados e por fim estabelecendo a relação entre educação financeira e nível de endividamento. Tendo por base os dados fornecidos pela própria Secretaria Municipal de Educação - SEMED, foi identificado o tamanho da população de professores e por consequente a amostra a ser estudada, com nível de confiança de 95% e erro amostral tolerável de 5%. O estudo de caso usou como principal ferramenta a aplicação de questionários feita diretamente com os professores, o que possibilitou dizer que: A) O planejamento financeiro não foi suficiente para alcançar uma vida financeira saudável. B) A má gestão orçamentária é o fator determinante para o endividamento. C) Os professores estão insatisfeitos com sua renda.

Abstract:
This paper was motivated for the search for answers on the use of income of primary school teachers in the municipal education network in Manaus, considering that this is a group that needs to be motivated and engaged in pedagogical issues, and suffers from the low income level. The study sought to understand the debt of the teachers of the municipal network, drawing the profile, identity and credit modality most used by the agents studied and finally establishing the relationship between Brazilian education and the level of indebtedness. Based on the data provided by the municipal education ministry, the size of the educator population and therefore the sample to be studied, with a 95% confidence level and a tolerable sampling error of 5%, were identified. The case study used as a main tool the application of questionnaires made directly with the teachers, which made it possible to say that: A) financial planning was not enough to achieve a healthy financial life. B) poor budget management is the determining factor for indebtedness. C) teachers are dissatisfied with their income.
