EMPREENDER APLICANDO A ECONOMIA CRIATIVA E A SUSTENTABILIDADE NO COMPONENTE GESTÃO DE PESSOAS
As empresas que adotam os Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável, buscam profissionais que ajudem na sua missão de diminuir os impactos no ambiente e que também contribuam para a saúde, o bem-estar e a qualidade de vida. Uma educação profissional de qualidade deve estar ligada com esses objetivos e com as metas do governo e das empresas, desenvolvendo nos alunos o espírito empreendedor com visão deste futuro. Pensando nisso o artigo tem como objetivo demonstrar que trabalhar com projetos ligados a Economia Criativa e a Sustentabilidade irá desenvolver nos alunos competências voltadas ao crescimento econômico das empresas, ligadas aos Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável, estimulando o empreendedorismo, a criatividade e interligando com as competências do componente curricular. O projeto foi desenvolvido a partir de aulas práticas sobre criação de empresas voltadas para a sustentabilidade com a economia criativa e, pode-se perceber no decorrer deste artigo, que os alunos conseguiram criar empresas voltadas aos Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável para até 2030, avaliando sua viabilidade para a cidade.

Abstract:
The companies which adopt the Objectives of Sustainable Development seek professionals who auxiliate them in the mission of diminishing the impacts on the environtment and that also contribute to health, welfare and quality of life. A professional education of quality must be connected to these objectives and with the goals of the government and companies, creating in the students the will to endeavor with a vision of this future. Considering this the article has as a goal to show that working in projects bonded to Creative Economy and Sustainability will build up in the students the skills focused to economic growth of companies, linked to the Objectives of Sustainable Development, fomenting entrepreneurship, creativity and intertwined with the skills from the grade. The project was developed from practical classes about company creation focused in sustainability with creative economy and, it may be observed along this article, that the students achieved creating companies focused in the Objectives of Sustainable Development up to 2030, assessing its viability to their town.
