EMPREENDEDORISMO, UM INSTRUMENTO SOCIAL, ESTUDO DE CASO NA ONG GERANDO FALCÕES
O presente estudo analisa os impactos provenientes da atividade empreendedora social, identifica o perfil do empreendedor social e traz o exemplo de Eduardo Lyra no que diz respeito ao seu papel transformador quando aplicado na ONG Gerando Falcões, localizada na cidade de Poá – São Paulo. A partir deste estudo será possível melhor compreender o que abarca o assunto empreendedorismo social, bem como, a sua importância e aplicação dos conceitos por meio de um caso real. O estudo busca exemplificar os benefícios provenientes da atividade empreendedora de impacto social, e como o empreendedorismo que rompe as barreiras do lucro e objetiva ganhos sociais é importante. Nossa atual sociedade vivencia inúmeros problemas e enxergamos solução a partir do empreendedorismo social, ações que não objetivam o lucro, mas que se propõe a desempenhar um papel de agente de mudança são capazes de trazer grandes e significativas melhorias.

Abstract:
The present study analyzes the impacts of social entrepreneurship, identifies the profile of the social entrepreneur and takes the example of Eduardo Lyra related to his transforming role when applied to the NGO Gerando Falcões, located in the city of Poá - São Paulo. From this study will be possible to better understand what encompasses the subject social entrepreneurship, as well as its importance and application of the concepts through a real case. The study seeks to exemplify the benefits derived from the entrepreneurial activity of social impact, and how entrepreneurship that breaks the barriers of profit and objective social gains is important. Our current society experiences many problems and we see a solution based on social entrepreneurship, actions that do not aim at a profit but that propose to play a role an agent of change is capable of bringing great and significant improvements.
